The Ranks of the Imperial Army
The ranks of our members is ideally similar to the ranks back in Roman Empire. We pride ourselves to make sure that our members are ready to take on the next rank available to them. The ranks that have been layed down to show that as each member earns more experience, as both a soldier and leader, they will be granted a promotion. The first 3 Ranks that are shown below, is to show us your loyalty to the clan and the trust between leaders and members. The next rank shows that you have proven your loyalty and you are ready to lead the ones below you and show what it means to be a fellow Roman soldier. The last 6 ranks are officer positions where you lead others and you teach everyone below you. Do you have what it takes?
To let everyone know what rank you are in the clan, please place, in your motto, IRA- (Rank)
For example; IRA- Legionnary would show that you are a Legionnary.

Promotions and Demotions
Promotions are awarded to those that have participated to the clan, follow orders correctly, respect the leaders that rule over them, and respect the well-being of the clan. If you are eligible for the promotion, and a Decurion/Deconis thinks you are ready, he/she will contact you. PLEASE DONT ASK FOR PROMOTIONS!
Demotions are a more complex way of saying that you have punished severly for reasons the may affect the clan's well being in a negative way. That includes not obeying orders given by a commanding officer and disobeying rules. This will result in losing the rank you are positioned with.
